This explains what Slino collects when you use the website, request access, or use the app, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, and a hashed password.
  • Your workspace: the Pages, Types, Views, files, and Slino AI conversations you and the people and agents you allow create in it, with their history.
  • Connections: the AI apps and API keys you connect, when they were created and last used, and which changes they made.
  • Sign-in sessions: the IP address and browser that each session signed in from, to keep your account secure.
  • Access requests: the email address you give us and, if you tell us, how you heard about Slino.

How we use it

We use this information to run Slino: to sign you in, store and show your workspace, apply the changes you and your connected agents make, limit abuse, and send the emails the service needs, such as email verification, password resets, invitations, and your invite when access opens. We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI on it.

AI

When you use Slino AI, your messages and the workspace content it needs to answer are sent to OpenAI to generate the response. AI apps you connect yourself, such as ChatGPT or Claude, read and change your workspace with your permissions and handle what they receive under their own terms. You can revoke a connection at any time.

Who processes it

We rely on these providers to run Slino:

  • Railway, which hosts the app.
  • PlanetScale, which stores the database.
  • Cloud file storage for the files you upload.
  • Resend, which sends our emails.
  • OpenAI, for Slino AI.

Cookies and your device

Slino uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. Your browser also keeps your theme choice and, while you’re signed in, a copy of your workspace so the app works offline; signing out removes that copy.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and workspace while your account exists, and access requests until access opens or you ask us to remove them. To delete your account or anything else we hold about you, email hello@slino.app.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it by emailing hello@slino.app.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and its date, and tell you by email about anything significant.
